The
SGRC shall consist of the following members:

2. Objective of SGRCs
The
Student Grievance Redressal Committee aims to:
Ø Address
grievances of students concerning academic, administrative, and infrastructure
matters.
Ø Provide
a transparent and accessible mechanism for grievance resolution.
Ø Ensure
fairness and accountability in resolving student issues in compliance with the
standards prescribed by the Bar Council of India.
3. Jurisdiction of the SGRC
The
SGRC shall have jurisdiction to address grievances related to:
Ø Academic
concerns, including examination issues, assessment irregularities, and
curriculum queries.
Ø Administrative
matters, such as admission processes, fee disputes, and service delivery.
Ø Campus
facilities, including library, hostels, transport, and infrastructure.
Ø Any
form of harassment or discrimination, including ragging, in compliance with BCI
and statutory anti-ragging guidelines.
4. Procedure for Filing
a Grievance
1.
Students must submit
their grievances in writing to the committee or through online portal available
on college website link-
2.
The complaint must
include relevant details, evidence (if any), and the complainant's contact
information.
3.
The SGRC must
acknowledge receipt of the grievance within three working days.

if complaint against
any particular members of the committee, he/she shall not be a part of the proceedings.
5. Resolution Process
1.
The SGRC shall convene
within seven working days of receiving grievance.
2.
The complainant and
concerned parties shall be given an opportunity to present their case.
3.
The SGRC must ensure confidentiality,
impartiality, and adherence to principles of natural justice during the
proceedings.
4.
A resolution must be communicated to the
complainant in writing within fifteen working days of the hearing.
6.Appeal Mechanism
If a complainant is dissatisfied with the decision of the SGRC, they may appeal to the Bar Council of India
